All products will be despatched from the UK and will incur a nominal £3.95 Postage and Packing charge -irrespective of the number of items you have purchased or their weight.

Most orders are are processed the same day and despatched shortly afterwards and should be delivered to you within the following two to three business days. (Please allow longer during seasonal periods or when there are bank holidays).

If there is likely to be any change to this schedule, or you are ordering items which have to be specially made, or will be sent in separate packages or may be sent from different locations, we will endeavour to send you a personal e-mail within the next 1-2 business days with a more specific delivery schedule.

All orders to destinations outside the UK are despatched by Air Mail and the Postage and Packing charges are as follows:

1 item = £7

2 items = £12

3 items = £16

4 items or more = £19

Particularly large packages may be sent by courier for which you will receive separate tracking information
